เราเก็บข้อมูลอะไรบ้าง

What we collect

เมื่อคุณเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชี Google เราได้รับ ชื่อ อีเมล และรูปโปรไฟล์ จาก Google เท่านั้น เราไม่ได้รับรหัสผ่านของคุณ และไม่สามารถเข้าถึงอีเมลหรือไฟล์ใน Google Drive ของคุณได้

When you sign in with Google we receive only your name, email address and profile picture. We never receive your password, and we cannot read your Gmail or your Google Drive.

As you use it, we store your company's purchasing records: purchase requests and their line items, approval decisions and any reasons given, purchase order details, project names, and notifications.

If you draw a signature, we keep that signature image privately against your own account. Only you can access it, and it is used only when you personally confirm a signature.

What we do not collect

• Your actual document files. Quotation PDFs, purchase orders and photos stay in your own company folder. We store only the file name and its relative path, so the app can open it from your computer.

• We do not store passwords, card numbers or personal financial details.

ใครเห็นข้อมูลของคุณได้

Who can see your data

ข้อมูลของบริษัทคุณเห็นได้เฉพาะสมาชิกในพื้นที่ทำงานของบริษัทนั้นเท่านั้น การจำกัดสิทธิ์นี้บังคับใช้ที่ระดับฐานข้อมูล ไม่ใช่แค่ที่หน้าจอ บริษัทอื่นไม่สามารถเห็นข้อมูลของคุณได้ และการอนุมัติทำได้เฉพาะผู้ที่ถูกกำหนดให้เป็นผู้อนุมัติในขั้นนั้น

Only members of your company's workspace can see your company's data. This is enforced in the database itself, not merely hidden in the interface. Another company cannot see your records, and only the person assigned to an approval step can approve it.

Collaboration data is stored with Supabase, on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the Singapore region. All connections are encrypted with HTTPS.

การลบข้อมูล

Deleting your data

คุณลบลายเซ็นของคุณเองได้ทุกเมื่อในหน้าตั้งค่า ใบขอซื้อที่ยังเป็นฉบับร่างลบได้ทันที ส่วนเอกสารที่ผ่านการอนุมัติแล้วจะถูกเปลี่ยนสถานะเป็นยกเลิกแทนการลบ เพื่อให้ประวัติการอนุมัติยังตรวจสอบได้ หากต้องการลบข้อมูลบริษัททั้งหมด ติดต่อเราได้ที่อีเมลด้านล่าง

You can delete your own signature at any time in Settings. Draft purchase requests can be deleted outright. Anything already approved is marked cancelled rather than deleted, so the approval history stays auditable. To remove a company's data entirely, contact us at the address below.

Oplinqa is in active development. We may update this policy as features are added, and will tell users about any significant change.
